Personal Training Tailored to Your Goals

  • Postpartum Fitness

Whether you’re newly postpartum or had your last kid years ago, issues like diastasis, prolapse, leakage, and back pain can make it hard to move and train the way you want. We’re told to accept it, or given one-size-fits-all solutions that do little to help.

That’s where personal coaching comes in. As a postpartum exercise specialist, I’ll help you rebuild core strength and full-body resilience—so you can move with power, confidence, and freedom in the activities you love.

  • Peri/Menopause Strength

Yep—it’s a wild ride. But a solid foundation of fitness can help smooth the path. We’ll focus on building strength, adding muscle, and increasing bone density—plus targeted recovery strategies to support sleep, mood, joint health, and energy.

With the right approach—gradual, progressive, and tailored to your body—you can absolutely get stronger in your 40s, 50s, and beyond.

  • Joint-Friendly Workouts

If you’ve started avoiding movements you used to enjoy—or everyday tasks are feeling harder on your body—you’re not alone. Pain and stiffness often come with age, but longevity-focused strength training can improve mobility, build resilience, and help you keep doing what you love.

Whether your goals include sports, travel, lifting grandkids, or simply moving through daily life with ease, we’ll train for it—one strong, smart step at a time.
